Save v0 chat history and prompts with a bookmarklet
v0.dev runs server-side and doesn’t ship a local SDK, so VibeHub captures from the page itself with a bookmarklet. Click it on a v0 chat page and every visible turn is imported as a VibeHub run.
Set it up
Drag into your bookmarks bar
javascript:(async()=>{await import('https://vibehub.co/integrations/v0/bookmarklet.js')})();What gets captured
- Every visible user/assistant turn on the page
- The page title as the run summary
- The v0 chat id (URL path tail) as the idempotency key
How it works
On first run the bookmarklet prompts for a VibeHub token, stored in localStorage per-origin. Subsequent clicks just import.
Because the chat id is the idempotency key, re-running on the same chat updates the same VibeHub run rather than duplicating it.
v0 + VibeHub FAQ
- What happens if I click the bookmarklet twice on the same chat?
- It updates the same VibeHub run instead of creating a duplicate — the v0 chat id is used as the idempotency key.
- Where is my token stored?
- In
localStorage, per-origin, after you paste it on first run.
